The Youth Park is
located on the street George Obos Palangkaraya, Central
Kalimantan, the more lively visit locals, from West
Kalimantan Kalsel nor Kaltim and who happened to be passing
by in the Park area.
Those
who come to this place not only
residents, but also some Kalteng residents who happened to
be passing on the trans Borneo South from the
direction of the axis of the RTA Milono, to remove fatigue after long
trip, some travel or private vehicle choose rest on grounds of
youth, the Kalteng Governor's Office.
This park contains reliefs of
the history of Indonesian youth and Indonesia’s history , ranging from Budi
Oetomo, Sumpah Pemuda , proclamations of independent of Indonesia by Soekarno,
trough the construction of Indonesia on orde baru eras.
This place is not just a place to rest for everyones passing by,
but also a place to photographed together.
Not just a neatness and cleanliness of the grounds are attractive, but other uniqueness is the chronological reliefs of the struggle of Nations Indonesia, since the national revival, 20 May 1908 to the construction of five years. The Park is indeed a fitting called children's struggles, to remind the public of the existence of the struggle undertaken by our predecessors, to seize and defend the independence of the nation of Indonesia. In thevisible relief of 5 men who were holding up the hand of bepergangan, with a different type of clothing depicting the diversity of tribes and cultures of Indonesia, but put together in a unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
