5. Order :
a. Along the top, side of the badge there
is in archshaped in black
where the word “PALANGKA RAYA” is
written in white capital
letters.
b. In the middle of symbol there are two
circles, the small circle inside
the bigger one connected with stripe that symbolized the
roads
c. Mandau and Sumpit are across each other
behind the circle and a
stalk of rice and cotton.
d. Under the
circle and a stalk of rice and cotton, there is white ribbon
where the word “ISEN MULANG” on it.
e. Basic colors
are green and yellow which are separated with stripe in
the middle.
f. Along side the symbol badge
there is black line.
