Umbut Rattan which is the culinary owned Dayak ,rattan umbut,. the food is made from rattan this young ,the first wayyoung cleared rattan Peel discarded continues to cut small in size. Usually umbut rattan is cooked along with fish and eggplant baung acid. This one had a culinary savory, sour, and bitter that is integrated with the sweetness of the fish flesh, which makes this culinary specialties.

Luntuh Mantela with Pancuk Dawen
